This assumes 1) The scammers talk to other scammers buying the same list of phone numbers 2) The scammers bother to clean up the list of people to call. I keep getting the same "You have received a parcel in the mail that contains illegal drugs" call many times a day, talk to an "officer" every time, and they keep calling me again. Either there are multiple gangs running the same scam (including the same tape), or they just don't care that this mark has already been called a few times with little luck.
