Maybe like RACI Matrix etc.
- edmundsauto 5y agoThe thing about XFN working - everyone cares about different things. Get people to see what other people care about, and to understand their "why". Then goal on it. TLDR; empathy. There are few shortcuts, but don't scrimp on investing in empathy.
