Somewhat off-topic I guess but is there a way to see an Instagram post without having an account and being logged in?

Search for 'ig story viewer' or 'ig profile viewer' and you will find some online apps that let you input a username and check their stories/posts. I find they are hit or miss depending on the user (no clue why some work for some and others not)

Incognito mode + the mobile view thing from the developer console seems to work for me.

From what I’ve seen, your IP address can view ~3 posts in a 24hr frame before you’re forced to log in. IG has gotten very hostile in that way over the last year. If you scroll far enough on a user profile while logged out, a modal appears for a login. Remove that modal and keep scrolling and IG will begin 503’ing all served images to your IP for 24hrs. Coincidentally, I’m in a foreign country right now and IG “deactivated” my account (presumably because of the change in location). I had to send them a *photo of my face* to open a ticket about it. It’s been a week now with no reply. That combined with the logged out hostility means I don’t have an easy way to view anything on the platform. Maddening.

You can try to use a Bibliogram instance: https://git.sr.ht/~cadence/bibliogram-docs/tree/master/docs/Instances.md https://git.sr.ht/~cadence/bibliogram-docs/tree/master/docs/.... However, most of them have been blocked by Instagram. Here's one that's working at the moment: https://bibliogram.1d4.us/p/BztEOV0hYWt/ https://bibliogram.1d4.us/p/BztEOV0hYWt/
