Doesn’t work like that when your coworkers are working extra hours because they’re also not commuting.
- sokoloff 5y agoWhat’s the difference there versus workers who lived very close to the office? If a coworker is working harder than you, good for them. If that makes them more valuable, paid more, promoted faster, or whatever, so be it. At least with remote work, you could choose the same path as them if you wanted to.
