Do Macs support Atmos over HDMI to a home theatre?
- watermelon0 5y agoNo. The only Atmos support is via integrated speakers on MacBooks.
- threeseed 5y agoThere's a guide here from Dolby as to which Macs support Atmos: https://developer.dolby.com/platforms/apple/macos/os-support/ https://developer.dolby.com/platforms/apple/macos/os-support... As others have pointed out it's not support over HDMI.
- irq 5y agoI’m not sure about Macs, but AppleTV definitely does.
