My First Industry Job – Lies, Deceptions, and Layoffs
- rossdavidh 5y agoI think my daughter will benefit from the fact that, unlike when I was an adolescent, she gets to read/hear a lot of stories like this before she goes into the job market. When I was preparing to graduate from college, I still had only the very vaguest idea about what work would be like, and most of what I thought I "knew" was incorrect. Of course, this only helps if she has the slightest interest in such stories, which she doesn't. But perhaps as she approaches high school graduation, this will change...
