The orange car in the picture seems to have already been dipped in coating and maybe "baked", and then painted with orange "aerosolized" paint. The inside of the car has orange overspray all over, and where it is thin we see the brighter yellow undercoat. Basically, this is a way to print graphics on an already painted car.
