I'm fine with headlines as long as it at least tells me what the article is about, which this one does. What's more worth getting upset about are generic headlines that don't say anything about what the article is about. Most of those authors are innocent though. It often happens with blog posts, and they didn't write their headline for a 3rd party. Their own blog visitors know the context, but anyone linking to it from a news aggregation site should change the subject - the policy of having to use the articles headlines is not good in such cases.
