I have had issues with them before and there should be: - a portal to see your status (it's often impossible to know if they even got your comment) - all comments and next steps clearly listed - send warnings before bans in all cases unless there is some kind of extreme safety thing - let developers respond to accusations before banning them These would be minimal technical effort on googles part, negligible safety impact, but dramatically improve the developer perspective of them.
