I haven't done this level of research, but in Austin I have observed motorcyclists with mask and no helmet, which is even crazier.
- jmalicki 5y agoIf you're in traffic, the right kind of mask protects you against breathing in pollution, which is an immediate annoyance/harm, vs. helmets and masking to protect against COVID, which are more statistical harms, so it does have some sort of logic.
