I’ve listened to quite a bit of his podcast (I’m not a die hard, but binge it during various work projects like paintings). And I can’t even count the number of times he’s crystal clear about who and what he is. Specifically “I’m not a historian.” So this reviewer is essentially criticizing the guy for doing his shtick, when Carlin is always honest and upfront about that. Makes the review seem petty and/or vindictive. Idk.
