  Quite frankly, no, it's not. The article touches on this, and I'd easily bet my house that, if it gets that far, that courts will eventually invalidate this law. That said, there is hardly any company that would want to be the plaintiff in this case: "So, you're the company that led the lawsuit trying to keep corporate boards all white and male" is what the headlines will say, and no corporation would want to be branded as such.
