The guy was supposedly the CEO of an AI research firm - but he was offering services to send underage prostitutes around to politicians to attempt to entrap them for extortion purposes. Whatever Cambridge Analytica actually DID, it was probably 90% snake-oil; (leveraging on the "AI" hype in the industry).
