Ordering the vegetarian meal? There’s more animal blood on your hands (2011)
- PaulHoule 5y agoIt is little known how some animal agriculture systems can be highly sustainable. My wife teaches people to ride horses and we feed back the manure on our hay fields and other pastures. This builds soil so we get a much better crop than we did when we started out. Contrast that to many ‘plant based’ systems that destroy the soil and survive only because of massive inputs of fossil fuel based fertilizer.
