People get twitchy when you ask if the government should be restricting it, but are trending in that direction over time. They are clearly in favor of tech companies cleaning up their own mess. Would bet money that if there was a third question that asked if the government should step in if the tech companies fail to do anything to limit the spread of misinformation there would be support levels closer to the tech-only option than the government-only one.
