We're on the 15 minute schedule since some of my team's work is billable hours. At this point I've automated most of the time tracking into Excel. (CTRL-SHIFT-semicolon injects the current time into the current cell) Timecard still takes an hour of work a week because I have to fill out both Jira time and HR time separately, because they want it at different granularities... Ah well.
