I was only saying that the lines I quoted, from the way they are phrased, make the author seem like he doesn't understand the reason why businesses use "no-reply" addresses to begin with. Which I know wasn't the purpose of the article, but I thought it was worth bringing up. Sorry if I misinterpreted.
