I keep getting shown very long and well produced videos of very complicated steak recipes where they end up horribly overcooking it or drowning it in conflicting flavors. Someone made a stew out of what looked like a $60 ribeye. My only conclusion is that their purpose is to draw hateful comments for “engagement”.
