PwC already had a hoteling system set up because their offices did not have set desks for each employee by design - many staff members spend at least part of the week at client sites, so it doesn't make sense to pay for a seat for each of them to be empty for days at a time. The real news here would be if they were never required to go into a client office either, which obviously won't happen.
