- runawaybottle 5y agoI’m pretty sure having a Manhattan headquarters for many businesses is a form of prestige/credibility. It’ll be there, but would not be shocked if Manhattan becomes just a place where tourists go if this keeps up.

I'm sure they'd be happy to get rid of some of that real estate.
