I wonder how "bullshit jobs" and the fact a lot of people in large organizations are not really into the mission factor into this.
- hef19898 5y agoI would ad busy work, stuff that isn't per she useless but not really needed right now. Easy to end up doing that instead of the really needed things, because they make you look productive while not being counter productive. Result is nothing advances. Usually people do that when the right-now things are hard and involve facing some hard truths. Even more so if that is implicitly encouraged by higher ups (management, founders...).
