I read this as, everything the leaving employee was complaining about and said they wanted finally happened, but they still chose to leave. I'm not sure which is right.
- corobo 5y agoThe phrase too little too late comes to mind As the current top comment says: if they knew about it weeks in advance, why was it only after resignation was handed in they thought "oh wait I could try salvaging this" People don't quit jobs, they quit managers
