Elon Musk's plan to perfect the rocket to take humanity to Mars
- ipspam 5y agoI know Elon knows. And I know everyone else knows. But there seems to be a fight club mentality about the elephant in the room: Astroid mining. Don't tell me it's 100 years away. It's not. Inflation aside, in today's dollars, the first trillionaire will be an asteroid miner. Is there a dirty little secret that no one talks about this because everyone is secretly angling to be the first or what? Energy is the primary problem for humanity. But heavy metals without earth mining? What up? Why is nobody talking about the coming precious metals boom and price collapse?
