Question for those who have done something like this in the past: how do you balance between the multiple jobs? I only have one and it's already a fight to not have it eat up all my personal time (I am arguably terrible at setting boundaries but still) so how do you not end up neglecting the "boring" job of the two?
- htrp 5y agoYou're the bottom tier team member that the rest of your team complains about.... you don't work and hope the bare minimum keeps you from being fired.
- popotamonga 5y agoI won't even go there. Now that we spent half our days in meetings, how can that be done schedule wise? Nos sustainable except for the 0.01% that dont hace meetings. Or a different timezone but then you dont sleep, still not sustainable. This will never be a mainstream 'thing'
