I'd build / buy and renovate about 6 2bd homes (on x3 leverage) into luxury homes in Europe and third world countries in strategic touristy places. Then live off the income of those + paying the mortgages with it, all the while traveling and living between them. Have a dog and a girlfriend and live happily ever after. I'd probably get a range rover too.
