Curious - what changed their minds?

  +1 I sincerely want to believe this is true. What information in September was enough to convince them, where they weren't convinced in August (when the vaccines got full FDA approval). EDIT: According to [1] the "Wait and See" bucket is down to about 7% as of September. I'd really love to know what new information they are waiting for.
