I said to myself, before opening the Guardian article, "I very much doubt I will agree with the Guardian that this (as yet unnamed person) is the most dangerous man in the world." Hmm... Perhaps not the most dangerous man in the world. Perhaps Xi Jinping or Putin deserves that moniker. But among public thought leaders, yeah, Singer is up there. Kudos to the Guardian for allowing this opinion to be expressed on their platform.
