In 20 years I’ve never had a single one in the tech industry (which was easily ~16 of those 20). When I couldn’t find work after my parents died, I had to take a call center job at $10/hr, literally the ONLY non-manual labor jobs in that area that didn’t require a medical license. That job was horrible and did indeed drug test. For good reason too - average applicants were dumb as fuck to begin with, if they were on drugs too-some were even high or drunk at work-I mean my god…
