Companies often don't appreciate “innovative” personality traits
- MattGaiser 5y ago> In the recent BCG Most Innovative Companies survey, the share of companies reporting innovation as a top-three priority jumped ten percentage points to 75 percent, the largest year-over-year increase in the fifteen years of the survey. Right beside it on similar surveys are the importance of things like talent retention. That doesn't seem to be a priority anywhere. So I am skeptical about this being anything more than a wish (backed up by no action) to be more innovative.
- Qi_ 5y agoThis article is just trying to sell the reader on the "Rare Breed" idea. For every successful "Rare Breed," there are nine who failed. I say let the companies decide who they want to employ.
