A very dumb idea is to imagine CPC having factions being, "a poor one," and a "rich one." That is something long passed, like 30 years ago. What's happening now is rather "old rich communists" fighting the "new rich communists" with both being equally heterodox, and distant from mainstream Marxism, and both being equal in them being terrible parasites on the body of the Chinese nantion.
