- jliptzin 5y agoThat is absolutely ridiculous
- gilney 5y agoalso Amazon?
- bserge 5y agoNo, but it was the biggest company in the industry in the UK. I can only guess when you become a manager they take you for special reprogramming.
- javert 5y agoIt would be helpful if you would edit your original comment, because you're literally saying it was Amazon. The "they" is unspecified, so presumably it refers to the subject of the article you're commenting on, i.e. Amazon.

- manuel_w 5y agoHad a coworker die and the company explicitely allowed everyone to violate core time for that day. As it became apparant that quite a few people would attend (it was a well-respected collegue, a genuinely nice man) they even booked a bus to the funeral and back so things would be a bit more streamlined. Employer was the automotive part of bosch.at. Thought that deserves some public appraisal. Disclaimer: I'm no longer employed there.
