If there were robots capable of reliably doing that you’d see them on the market already. Picking things up, identifying them and applying the right force and such isn’t an easy problem. By the way there are already self cleaning cat litter trays and they’re absolutely awful and prone to poop-related bugs. I’m not sure any robot could reliably react to the developing situation of having a wet turd on the litter scooper.
