That's a significant part of the role for effective managers.
- dgb23 5y agoThere are managers and other types of leaders who optimize for metrics, attribution and individual short term gains that can be put on a spread sheet or a list of contributors etc. People that empower others, or quite simply make them happy are extremely valuable. "My team feels safe and we trust each other" is hard to measure.
