  Carrier aggregation lines, undersea cables and, possibly, large data center uplinks. Of course, this is probably not financially viable yet.

  I hear React is planning a version 3, and you might go from zero to a full Jira page in less than 7 seconds (assuming you are not logged in).

  Peer to peer internet would work well.
