- blumomo 5y agoHuh? You still need the root password which you only get once you open the settings menu. I protect my remarkable with a PIN code, so only I should see the root password.
- thaumasiotes 5y agoIf you connect the device to a wireless network, you can see the MAC address from the perspective of the network. You can't connect without advertising your address.
