If you go in with maybe covid and mild symptoms I think you'd get turned away. False negatives on tests are pretty bad. Once your conditions worsens that they'd admit you as a patient without regard to a negative test then it seems you are playing catch up with the damage. It seems hard to catch the cases early enough but I hope I'm wrong.
