Workers are putting on pants to return to the office only to be on Zoom all day
- MattGaiser 5y agoThis was my experience for the short period where I was back in the office, especially as the company hires in all locations. We have distributed teams, but everyone had to go in and in two months I had one in person meeting.
- newbamboo 5y agoThis is especially true for many programmers. The mandate to be in the office just doesn’t make sense for people who do more work with computers than people. In fact, offices are mostly bullshit for the leaches^H^H^H^H managers and hr types who get paid to chit chat all day instead of produce. Just my two cents; don’t hate.
