Despite all of the announced 'bans', how much underground Crypto mining is still occurring in China? Even at the level of small rigs in apartments running 24/7? If its still a sizeable level, could China use its international influence to push further crypto bans overseas, in order to depress prices and make PoW mining less attractive, and thus save electricity?
