Wait how much? At flat 10% tax that's competitive with non-CA salaries in the US. Throw in that healthcare is top notch and a 20th of the price and some CA positions start looking worse.

- vt85 5y agoSalaries here for senior developers are approaching such figures, he is right. You need to ping any HR agency in Bulgaria (e.g. Minds) and they will be happy to find you a position. I am currently unavailable to find better job in EU in financial terms, because of this. And that’s excluding rents that are ridiculously low, as well as everything else. Many foreigners came here in last 10 years, even from places like Switzerland, France or Germany. We are yet to see if the new government will manage to screw this achievement.
- yakshaving_jgt 5y agoI broke my wrist in Bulgaria earlier this year and spent a night in a hospital in Varna. It is not top notch.
