A friend of my dad's had a new car delivered from the dealership.
The ride was a lot harder than in the test drive, so they got it back to the dealership for inspection. They didn't immediately find anything, so the friend kept pushing them to investigate for a few months (!).
Turns out that they had completely forgotten to take the suspension blocks off the car after transport. I.e. the suspension was basically completely disabled.
You bet that dealership got to hear a few choice words.
