Great post! To your point on the "little price competition" - Every industry has that. Why can't you niche the daily deals for spas? Allow one of your Spa customers to do a daily deal on the home page along with having a listing of local places. I would put myself into my customer's shoes in this case. What would I want to show if I was searching for a spa? Again - great post.
