Great question. In fact this WFH scenario makes it worse. In the in person interactions, one can interprete better. Answering your question, I got a very low performance rating for the first time. (Of course above the minimum required rating, which they had to do). My skip level manager doesn't talk/IM with me. (We were on very good terms before). If something is needed, he emails me. My direct manager also doesn't talk to me much. Only silver lining is that, its happening with a few other seniors also. (Based on what they share/my reading of the situation.) We dont have a lot of features in the roadmap. That also could be the reason. Not necessarily the performance. Recently they hired a lot of fresh grads and junior developers. Of course, I am not 100% sure that I am being pushed out. But every action points at that.
