Which is exactly what's gonna happen to the permafrost in Siberia, yet that's apparently "good" for Russia? Why wouldn't it also be good for the US in Alaska?

Which is exactly what's gonna happen to the permafrost in Siberia, yet that's apparently "good" for Russia? Why wouldn't it also be good for the US in Alaska? Or could it rather be that this "Climate change good for Russia!" talk is just the same old American jingoism merely adopting modern environmentalism? Why would Russia be the only country for which climate change is "good"?
