Oh yeah, melting of permafrost destroying a lot of their roads and tracks and releasing a lot of greenhouse gases, floods and droughts in areas where people actually live and farm, damage to mines, pipelines, industrial sites. No problem though, everyone will just pack up and move north east. /s
