Certainly feel out your work environment before taking so many short breaks. It's unlikely most peoples cruddy bosses would be very accomodating.

- OJFord 5y agoI read GP as suggesting half as much walking as screen time in total, not (necessarily) that it be literally 20 mins / 10 mins consecutively all day. (Which sounds.. distracting, very up and down, presumably assumes you don't take your shoes off or need a coat, etc.)
