One of my clients employees struggles massively with asynchronous communication. He constantly spams one-liner after one-liner and demands immediate answers. Anything that involves working together on a sheet or a document becomes a pain in the butt. Having to work with someone like this has caused our current project to take longer and become more expensive. I really wish corporations gave these people some basic training and tips on async communication. Some people just don't get it.
