I have seen it happen, if a candidate is asking for so much that they seem entitled in the eyes of the hiring manager.
- slg 5y agoI’m sure it can happen if you are rude about it or if you ask for a 50% increase or something, but any company that would be offended by asking for 10% more is probably not somewhere you want to work anyway.
