Education secretary backs mandatory school Covid-19 vaccines
- literallyaduck 5y agoRemote education was proven to work, it is time to close public schools. If people want to spend their own money to send kids to class that can be their choice, and they can pick schools that match their health care strategy. Taxpayers should not be required to shell out for babysitting.
- AndrewBissell 5y agoInsanely wrongheaded. Reads like a paid post from the Gates Foundation.
- peteradio 5y agoWhy? https://www.health.state.mn.us/diseases/coronavirus/situation.html#ageg1 https://www.health.state.mn.us/diseases/coronavirus/situatio... My state has 3 deaths in the 18 and under age group. 0 deaths in the 10-18 group. There have been hundreds of thousands of child cases which leads to an outstanding CFR 0.002%! These same age groups have ~1/2 the reported cases which I take to mean they are fighting off covid without even becoming a case (another explanation would be less exposure to covid, I doubt that). I'm highly skeptical that vaccinating any children without comorbidities is ethical.
- AndrewBissell 5y agoJust becoming blatantly obvious at this point that it's not about the virus and certainly not children's health.
