The "fast startup" cause a lot of problems for us. If you "shutdown" you're not doing a full shutdown.... You’re really only doing a full shutdown when you select “Restart” instead as evidenced by the uptime clock in task manager. It's like Windows broke the simplest button ... just shut it down!
