One side interesting thing we did for pricing is unlock features for people paying yearly over monthly. No discounts for paying yearly. I've often wondered if those small discounts (especially for the amount of money we're charging right now) would really make an incentive for people to pay upfront. In a few cases people have paid upfront to unlock the additional feature (only one feature is held back right now - maybe more in the future). Mentioning this in case anyone wants to steal this idea.
